Adapted from Sinful Smoothies, Ryland Peters & Small Bananas make very good smoothies – add them to almost anything else and they will reward you with a sweet creaminess. They have a special affinity with nuts – so the peanut butter here is gorgeous. Ingredients: 2 large, ripe bananas Directions: Peel and cut the banana into chunks. Put them in a blender with the ice cubes, sugar, milk, yogurt or cream and peanut butter. Whizz to a puree. Thin with a little more milk or water if too thick, then serve immediately.
